Now you can be part of creating a culture of walking in Nova Scotia!
The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia is seeking interested persons to attend our walking leader orientation sessions. These fun and interactive sessions are designed to help new walking leaders start a walking group in their own community, or help support current walking group leaders. Participants will be introduced to the Heart&Stroke WalkaboutTM initiative and be provided with materials and resources offered with Walkabout including a interactive demonstration of the online supports available through www.walkaboutns.ca.
Develop a walking group plan, share stories, network, enjoy refreshments, prizes and much, much more!
